Step HIIT is a great way to increase stamina and coordination. We use the step as a tool for basic step aerobic moves, combined with options to de-intensify or intensify to meet fitness levels of all. Options to use light weights can easily be incorporated if the participant desires. Example interval would be 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest. This is a super fun class, and it flies by!
Stretch FFS: Stretching for function, flexibility, and strength is so important, yet something we often neglect
to do on a day-to-day basis. This 45 minute class will be a gentle flow of stretching from start to finish,
moving through all of the main muscle groups of the body, but also paying attention to the smaller
muscles of our hands and feet. Hopefully, we can all learn and take something from this class and bring
pieces of it into our daily routine. Improved flexibility, stamina, muscular strength, improvement of
aches and pains, reduced muscle soreness, improved joint mobility and range of motion, more efficient
movement, prevention of lower back pain, greater ability to exert force through a larger range of
motion, and maintenance of blood glucose are all evidence-based benefits of stretching. All activities will benefit from learning to stretch your body
appropriately. Whether it is golf, tennis, pickleball, or one of our other great classes here at Get Fit, this
class will provide both relief to your body, and efficiency to your routine.
Step & Strength: This is a 45 minute class working with the step and free weights. The step will be used for cardio and lower body muscle building. The weights will provide for a get a great upper body workout. It is a great variety of movements, that create a full body workout! All fitness levels are welcome, and all moves can be mortified! Come join us for this great combination class!
Group Active® - Group Active is a diverse one-hour workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds total-body strength, and enhances Movement Health for daily life. Pilates Barre Yoga Fusion: This class takes the basic foundations of pilates and combines them with ballet-inspired movement, as well as incorporation of elements of yoga and light strength training. No matter what flexibility or fitness level you are, this class has something for you! There are always ways to modify and to go at your own pace. It provides mind and body regeneration by blending stretching, core, and physical and mental balance into one 45 minute class! Come try!
Circuit Training: These cardio workouts feature circuit training for high intensity, calorie-burning workouts which alternate between high energy circuits and recovery circuits. These workouts are for all level of exercisers; beginner, intermediate and advanced. Switching from Cardio to Core to Strength Training, this workout gets all aspects of fitness into one class!
HIIT 'em UP: This class is a full body workout that mixes strength and cardio exercises.  Build your cardiovascular fitness and those buns and guns all at once!
Push it to the limits, step out of your comfort zone, and leave feeling STRONG! This class can be modified for all fitness levels. 
Cycle Bootcamp: This class will get your heart rate up, burn calories, and build strength. Cycle Bootcamp will have you on the bike, as well as on the floor with weights. The paired combination gives a full body workout you will love. Its a great mix of cardio and strength training all in one. This class will make you sweaty and feeling great! Cycle Bootcamp can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels, so please don't hesitate to join in!
Pilates with Props: Mat Pilates is a blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress, and creates long lean muscles without bulk. Pilates takes a balanced approach to exercise so that no muscle group is overworked. In mat with props, rings, bands, weighted balls and stability balls are incorporated to add variety and core challenge.

Pilates/Barre: Barre is a challenging barre-based workout guaranteed to get results. This workout integrates the elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, cardio and strength training. Chisel and sculpt your legs, core and arms!! A great workout for all!

Bootcamp: A high intensity interval training class. A HIIT session often consists of a warm up period of exercise, followed by repetitions of high intensity exercise, separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, and ending with a period of cool down exercise. There is no specific formula, and all clients are encouraged to take the class at their own level. High-intensity interval training has been shown to improve athletic performance, and increase cardiovascular development.
Cycle: An all-terrain ride that will burn calories, build strength, and improve fitness. The energetic music motivates each rider through a variety of speed and resistance challenges. Each class will take you on a creatively designed ride to maximize your fitness potential.

Sculpt: Non impact, floor based class that uses hand weights and other studio equipment to condition and sculpt all body parts. This class is ideal for anyone looking for an intense toning class that is mixed impact (low impact options). Exercises combining the upper and lower body will strengthen, tone, shape and condition your abs, legs, arms and everything in between – an entire body workout.

Group Power: Group Power® is Your Hour of Power! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Power Up!

Cardio Kick: Cardio kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. It is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit gymnasiums in recent years. The intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. During a one-hour kickboxing workout, you can burn from 500 to 800 calories!

20/20/20:  This class gives you all the fitness training you need– cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility! It’s three workouts in one! The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and a total body workout, no matter what level of fitness you are at. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work. The class uses a step as well as adjustable dumbbells.

Cardio/ Sculpt: Cardio Sculpt Targets all the components of fitness in one class! Half the class will be dedicated to cardio and the other half to sculpting. This includes various cardiovascular exercises and various weight-training exercises. A class for all fitness levels.
