Hey Ya'll! I am Whitney McCabe from Bourne, MA. I have always loved working out, playing sports and being around people. I started indoor cycling in 2014 at Get Fit., and have been addicted ever since. For that reason, I became a certified Cycle instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics in 2017. Not only is it a physical workout but a mental one too. I want to be pushed and to push others to reach their personal goals, all while having fun and listening to good jams! This year, I will be taking my love for riding outdoors, and will be participating in the 2017 Two Day Pan- Mass Challenge! My motto is to set goals, work hard, and achieve them! Most importantly- Never. Give. Up.
Cycle Bootcamp: This class will get your heart rate up, burn calories, and build strength. Cycle Bootcamp will have you on the bike, as well as on the floor with weights. The paired combination gives a full body workout you will love. Its a great mix of cardio and strength training all in one. This class will make you sweaty and feeling great! Cycle Bootcamp can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels, so please don't hesitate to join in!
