Front Room

Groove/Sculpt

Offered Wednesdays @ 8

Groove + Sculpt is a high-energy, full-body workout combining rhythmic movement, strength training, and toning. This class will make you sweat with a smile during this energizing hour of dance fitness. It's a sizzling cardio experience that is set to the hottest current hits, with the combination of Sculpt. Its a 30/30 split for every fitness level.   

Fitness Fusion

Offered Saturdays @ 8

 Muscle and mindfulness meet in this unique fusion of aerobic cardio and yoga. Set to an upbeat face paced soundtrack, this class will get your heart rate up and keep it up for 40 minutes. You will strengthen and stretch starting with high intensity floor work using various props including steps, free weights, yoga balls, bands and bars. The pace slows for the last 20 minutes as you stretch and lengthen your muscles with some gentle yoga poses, finishing up with a savasana. A perfect workout for

20/20/20

Offered Mondays @ 8

 This class gives you all the fitness training you need– cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility! It’s three workouts in one! The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and a total body workout, no matter what level of fitness you are at. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work. The class uses a step as well as adjustable dumbbells. 

Step HIIT

Offered Fridays @ 8

 Step HIIT is a great way to increase stamina and coordination. We use the step as a tool for basic step aerobics moves, combined with options to de-intensify or intensify to meet fitness levels of all. Options to use light weights can easily be incorporated if the participant desires. Example interval would be 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest. This is a super fun class, and it flies by!  

HIIT em' UP!

Offered Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6am

 

This 45-minute class is a full body workout that mixes strength and cardio exercises.  Build your cardiovascular fitness and those buns and guns all at once! 

Push it to the limits, step out of your comfort zone, and leave feeling STRONG! This class can be modified for all fitness levels.  

Circuit Training

Offered Fridays @ 6 am

 These cardio workouts feature circuit training for high intensity, calorie-burning workouts which alternate between high energy circuits and recovery circuits. These workouts are for all level of exercisers; beginner, intermediate and advanced. Switching from Cardio to Core to Strength Training, this workout gets all aspects of fitness into one class!

This 45-minute class is jam packed with high energy moves to get the calories burning!

GROUP POWER

Offered Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Sundays @ 8

 Group Power® is Your Hour of Power! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Power Up! 


MIDDLE ROOM

Pilates w/PROPS

Offered Monday & Thursday Evenings @ 5:30, as well as Sundays @ 8

 Mat Pilates is a blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress, and creates long lean muscles without bulk. Pilates takes a balanced approach to exercise so that no muscle group is overworked. In mat with props, rings, bands, weighted balls and stability balls are incorporated to add variety and core challenge. 

Kickboxing

Offered Tuesdays @ 5:30 pm

 Cardio kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. It is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit gymnasiums in recent years. The intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. During a one-hour kickboxing workout, you can burn from 500 to 800 calories! Take your energy out on the bag! We have gloves! 


CYCLE ROOM

Cycle

Offered Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:15 & Saturdays @ 8

 An all-terrain ride that will burn calories, build strength, and improve fitness. The energetic music motivates each rider through a variety of speed and resistance challenges. Each class will take you on a creatively designed ride to maximize your fitness potential. 

Cycle/Sculpt

Offered Mondays @ 6 & 9 am, Wednesdays @ 6, & Fridays @ 9

 

A mix of both cycling and sculpt with weights/floor exercises. Both on and off bike training makes the time fly by!
